Gaming at 1 FPS

Hey, remember when we all pretended we were excited about Tiger Handheld games? Like Batman Returns? Man, we were good actors for about 20 seconds. That was the amount of time it usually took for someone playing one of these games to realize how awful it was and then set it down in favor of watching paint dry.
